Everyone's sessions are unique to them but typically each session lasts about an hour and we could tackle a wide variety of topics depending on your needs.
Each session we'll get right down to business to work on what it is you need help with. We'll pin point your goals and desires and then begin building out an action plan. You'll leave feeling clear on what your next steps are to bring your dreams to fruition.
I have a number of packages to meet different needs but I find that the clients who have the most success are the ones that are willing to commit to a 6 month or year long 1:1 program.
